Every review here was written by the student or parent themselves and published under their own name once a person had read it. None of it is written by us, and none of it is edited beyond fixing a typo.
We give 50 credits for writing a review. The same 50 either way — a one-star review earns exactly what a five-star one does, and we publish both.

Good or bad, we would rather hear it — and it is 50 credits on your account either way. You choose the name it goes up under, and nothing else about your account is shown.
